The Blueprint Process is the recommended first step for any start-up as well as small to medium-size business looking to shift gears into hyper-productivity and possibility.   

As the opportunity to work together begins, our commitment to maximum value creation does also.  Each business is looking for a different experience and our awareness and flexibility allows us to fully customize the process to your evolving needs.  This does not come in the form of a year or two year commitment but in the form of a package of strategy sessions, follow-up, research, and projects to create what we set out to accomplish.  This process often leads into further work together but is not required as our maximum value opportunity may exist in bridging the current gap, or overcoming outlined obstacles and ceasing; therefore, we recommend beginning with the Initial Process to accomodate these observations.  We want to discover the future opportunities as we create value for your company today.

The Beginning 

The Initial process begins to set a standard and foundation for future accomplishment, success and value creation.  It begins with a complimentary consultation that focuses on building a vision and informing your consultant as to the current position of the company on several dimensions.  This meeting is followed by gathering information for your Blueprint Team to prepare for future sessions and maximized results.  The process then is composed of the following:

  • 3 Strategy Sessions. a minimum of 3 ninety minute strategy sessions that are highly intensive and progressive.  These are focused on the areas of greatest opportunity as well as largest liability or weakness that will create maximum results.  These sessions are scheduled according to what will be most effective and desired by your company. 

  • Online Collaboration. During the time between sessions, progress continues through several means of technology including tools for online collaboration, email, project management, etc. 

  • Follow-up Phone/Web Consultations.  There may be follow up calls to keep maximum progress and growth throughout the process and between sessions.

  • 3 Monthly coaching calls. The process then is followed by a series of 3 monthly accountability and consulting calls to establish continued progress and accountability.  We are committed to maximum value creation within this process and your satisfaction and as such will ask for your input, feedback and information to create the most powerful experience throughout.

  • Periodic invitations.  These will include complimentary business forums as well as affiliate program recommendations and others that you choose. 

 

This process includes future improvements, updates, and materials that are developed within 6 months of process completion.  The services that may be performed during the process, depending on your business and situation, include the following:
