The Partners came together to bring the powerful concepts that each has experienced in their own businesses to create maximum value and improve the marketplace by developing other businesses to achieve quantum success.  With involvement and ownership in 30 businesses between them, they hold 25 years experience Partners:

              Billy Bush, founder and managing partner, has been involved in business and entrepreneurship for 7 years, developing concepts and opportunities in several fields including advertising, insurance, personal coaching and financial advising. His passion for creation has lead him to partner in developing the Business Blueprint and Business Fast Track LLC as avenues for continual creation. Among those he works with closely include Engenuity, Flashpointe Media, Renazontz Investments, The Accredited Network^TM, and others. He is also the VP of Business Development for Alchemy Ventures and a consultant for the Freedom Fasttrack licensing program.

Billy lives in Riverton, Utah with his wife Tonya and spends time loving life and the outdoors.  He is an avid mountain biker, rock climber, and wake boarder among other things. 

              Garrett Gunderson, founder and partner, began his first business at the age of 15 and immediately began winning business competitions throughout the state of Utah, including the SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year award at age 18. He began a career in the financial services industry at the age of 19 while attending college at Southern Utah University, became an advisor to a number of his college professors, and became the youngest member to ever be placed on the Alumni Board of the University. He immediately began practicing what he preached by partnering in well over a hundred real estate properties, and living his Soul Purpose. Garrett is a founder, partner or executive of over 20 successful companies including The Producer Revolution, Engenuity, Affinity Strategic Management, Foundations Insurance, The Prosperity Paradigm, and the Coach to the Advisors Mission-Driven Forum. Garrett is a co-creator of the Curriculum for Wealth, a highly-acclaimed symposium series designed to empower people to live beyond financial bondage and work towards their highest potential. Garrett's passion and talents have recently culminated in the creation of the Freedom FastTrack, a revolutionary process designed to help people recognize their potential and turn it into production through value creation.

              Jason Byrne, founder and partner, has a life passion in helping others discover and grow their Soul Purpose^TM and achieve Economic Freedom through real estate. While in high school, in a national magazine sales contest, he was the #1 salesperson in the nation.  While earning his degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder he was a key player in a successful high tech start-up.  From there he became Chief Operating Officer of 15 quick service restaurants with 240 associates – at age 25.

By 2001 the allure of real estate was inescapable, and he and his wife Hope founded HomeTrust^TM.  Initially buying, renovating, and selling homes, HomeTrust^TM has since spawned five other real estate businesses.  The most notable of which is The Fresh Start System by HomeTrust^TM, whose mission is To Stop Foreclosure, One Family At a Time.  As Chairman of The Fresh Start System^TM, Jason leads the Company’s marketing, does frequent seminars and radio appearances, and develops strategic partnerships and spin off businesses.

 Jason owns real estate in multiple states, and his companies act as principals in the sale of over 150 single family homes per year.  He is the creator of The Renter’s Escape Plan^TM, The Problem House Solution^TM, and the Credit Restoration Machine^TM.  He is also on the Board of Advisors of the HomeTrust Housing Center, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides home retention and loss mitigation services to borrowers and lenders by offering innovative alternatives to home foreclosure.

Jason lives at the foot of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado, with wife Hope and their three grade school aged children.  Outside of work Jason’s passions are adventurous travel with Hope and the kids, powder skiing, and cycling in the mountains.
